Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are personally inspected and packed before shipping. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. You will see your exact shipping options and costs before completing your purchase. We offer standard and priority shipping through USPS. Free shipping is available on all orders over $30.00.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 3-7 business days
- Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 2-3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through USPS.
Lost or Stolen Packages
RI9 RW Diamond Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit please contact us at rrueda@riwheel9.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will make it right.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. RI9 RW Diamond Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
